With a strategic, proactive and analytical mindset, you'll navigate a complex environment while inspiring colleagues to reach goals. Certain flexibility and willingness to travel are key to excelling in this exciting role.
We hope that you have a suitable higher education degree and some years of experience in international talent acquisition or proven experience in sales and achieving targets with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge about international education and its processes. We also hope you have excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, both English and Finnish, for effective engagement with diverse audiences. Additionally, we hope you have good organisational skills combined with the ability to work both collaboratively as a team member and independently using initiative and judgement. A significant advantage would be understanding international sales processes in the education sector.
