We are now looking for a driven New Business Development Representative to expand our consulting presence within Finland’s enterprise sector. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and contribute to delivering impactful cybersecurity consulting solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve the Enterprise Accounts segment with a focus on net new logo acquisition.
  • Act as an ‘Enterprise Hunter’—proactively driving outbound activity through networking, cold outreach, and relationship building to maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new customer opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and other technology and business leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with WithSecure’s consulting offerings and market needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and outcomes of our cybersecurity services.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close new business in line with company policies and commercial best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization for new clients.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within the cybersecurity consulting or broader IT services sector.
  • Proven success in solution selling to enterprise clients, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and trends, and the ability to communicate technical value in business terms.
  • Deep knowledge of the Finnish enterprise landscape, including key industries, decision-making structures, and market dynamics.
  • Experience engaging with senior technology leaders and navigating complex procurement cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with high levels of initiative, accountability, and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and innovation.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish or Danish language skills are considered an asset, as some cross-border work within the Nordics may be relevant.
