We are now looking for a

Lifecycle Systems Development Expert

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Helsinki, Vaasa or Turku in Finland.

What you will be doing

As part of the Operational Excellence team you will work as the driver of developing our Lifecycle department’s services tools and processes, to make sure the systems in use are meeting their needs.

This means collaborating with a global team to ensure the processes and tools are in place to successfully and efficiently deliver our long-term service agreements to our customers.

As the Lifecycle Systems Development Expert, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Identifying the ES&O Lifecycle organization's needs and translating them into tangible system developments
• Tool access support, license and usage reporting
• Staying on top of the system development roadmap internally, but also from the system supplier and market
• User centric support and creation and maintenance of trainings and training materials
• Leading tool developments from planning, requirements gathering and development to publishing and training users on the improvements
• Improvement of critical processes within the Lifecycle organization

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Experience in working with different service modules within Salesforce
• Experience in development of Salesforce modules or other relevant development projects which knowledge may be directly transferable
• The ability to build and modify reports indicating usage of those modules and other systems
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automations (RPA's) and how they can support process improvement efforts
• Understanding of lifecycle processes and tools to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business goals
• Preferably some certification to enhance your work on developments, eg. Lean Six Sigma or Agile, etc.
• A genuine interest in problem solving
• Great communication skills and a multicultural understanding
• Flexibility to work with people in different time zones
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage change and drive adoption of new processes and tools

(In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.)
