We are now looking for a

Compliance Engineer -  ES&O

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location's in Finland are Vaasa, Helskini or Turku

What you will be doing

Ensure conformity to QEHS, compliance standards, and project-specific requirements within Supply Management and to monitor Supply Management performance measurement (target, KPI and PPI setting and follow-up)

You will align and maintain systematic ways of working in reporting and action management, both internally and with suppliers for our Energy Storage Business.

As the Compliance Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Ensures regulatory compliance for suppliers
• Compliance risk assessment of supply chain
• Monitor upcoming regulation
• Collect and act on Lessons Learned within Supply Management.
• Requirements gathering for ways of working
• Departmental alignment on ways of working
• RACI creation and maintenance
• Flow charts creation and maintenance
• Aid with any ES&O development initiatives that may be needed

Development Responsibilities:

• Development of processes to adhere to upcoming global requirements and regulations relevant to Energy Storage
• Develop processes based on Lessons Learned

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, quality assurance, or supply management.
• Strong understanding of QEHS and compliance standards.
• Excellent process development and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Systematic approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.)
