What you'll do :
Summary:
- Measure Business Outcomes: Analyze and report on actual business outcomes delivered by transformation initiatives, including cost savings, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements.
- Enhance Customer/Employee Experience: Monitor and assess improvements in customer and employee experiences driven by transformation initiatives.
- Value Realization: Ensure that the transformation portfolio is delivering tangible benefits, focusing on business impact.
- Track Progress: Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives in terms of timeline adherence, scope delivery, and milestone achievement.
- On-Time Delivery: Evaluate the percentage of initiatives that are on track versus those that are delayed, ensuring timely project completion.
- Scope Completion: Assess the percentage of expected versus delivered features/changes to ensure the transformation stays within scope.
- Metric Reporting: Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure execution effectiveness and business impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
What you bring:
- Candidates must possess over 20 years of experience in senior roles within B2B software companies and demonstrate a strong track record in commercial risk management, finance, and business operations.
- Master’s degree in Econometrics or a related field from a reputable institution. Continuous professional development through courses and certifications is highly desirable
- Proven experience working in global roles, with a solid understanding of these markets' unique business dynamics and challenges.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and enable transparent decision-making processes.
- Strong business modeling skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement new value propositions and commercial guidance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to provide leadership teams with crucial insights into financial performance and operational metrics.
- Proficient in tools and software relevant to the role, such as Microsoft Power BI and other data analytics platforms. Current professional certifications in data science, machine learning, and leadership courses are a plus.
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercial risk management, finance, and business operations at large B2B software companies.
- Enthusiastic about using data and logic to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and enable transparent decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop and execute successful strategies to improve profitability and regional performance.
