What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Develop and maintain a scalable Design System used across multiple UI solutions.</li> <li>Build high-quality, reusable UI components with TypeScript, React, Storybook, and Jest.</li> <li>Ensure consistency, accessibility, and performance across all frontend applications.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Fragments’ Designer and Frontend Engineers, and Product teams (Designers, Frontend Engineers, Test Engineers and Product Owners) to deliver seamless user experiences.</li> <li>Help to translate design decisions into flexible, well-documented components.</li> <li>Drive best practices in component architecture, accessibility, and frontend performance.</li> <li>Participate in decision-making processes, quickly evaluating trade-offs and finding effective solutions.</li> <li>Continuously improve tooling, documentation, and best practices for the design system.</li> </ul>   We’re looking for:  <ul> <li>Strong experience in frontend development with a focus on performance and scalability.</li> <li>Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Storybook, and RTI/Jest.</li> <li>Keyboard navigation is a must-have knowledge.</li> <li>Previous experience of working with complex components as Table is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders.</li> <li>A passion for design systems, component-driven development.</li> <li>Previous experience with a design system is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience working in cross-functional teams and effectively communicating technical decisions to stakeholders.</li> <li>Familiarity with Figma is a plus.</li> </ul> The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, proven experience in building and maintaining component libraries, and proficiency in leveraging tools and best practices to deliver high-quality code and seamless user interfaces.
