We are now looking for a

Senior Parts Specialist

to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Turku, but other locations in, Finland may also be considered – Helsinki and Vaasa

What you will be doing

As Senior Parts Specialist you will take responsibility of coordinating deliveries for project and lifecycle requirements. In this role you will have a key role on developing new processes and ways of working for ES&O parts delivery 

As the Senior Parts Specialist, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Actively participate on developing new ES&O parts delivery unit
  • Act as contact for parts quotations, orders, outbound deliveries and non - Conformities for external and internal customers
  • Act as a link between customer and the various departments involved in the parts delivery process
  • Actively follow-up the order book with the sales team.
  • Develop processes high quality processes for ES&O spare part deliveries
  • Develop well-working relationships with customer counterparts.
  • Develop in-depth customer understanding and propose way of working improvements.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Industrial Management or related field
  • Strong experience and understanding of parts coordination processes
  • Experience in process development
  • Experience of from spare part logistics, deliveries and supply chain
  • Strong experience in SAP (CS and SD module)
  • Passion for process optimisation and development with continuous development mindset
  • Proactive and self-directed approach to work
  • Team-player with excellent communication and customer service attitude
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. 

(In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.)
