You will be responsible for the Identity Provider (IdP) service and infrastructure. Your key duties will include ensuring the reliability and performance of the IdP service, managing and executing the deployment of new features and updates, overseeing daily operations to maintain seamless service delivery, onboarding new applications, and providing expert advice and support to application owners.

Additionally, you will maintain a knowledge base, automate tasks, operate and improve monitoring tools.

Who we're looking for
The role requires technical expertise in several areas. Candidates should be skilled in deploying and maintaining Ping Federate and Ping Access for identity federation and secure access management. An in-depth understanding and practical experience with OpenID, OAuth, and SAML protocols for secure authentication and authorization are crucial.

Other relevant competences for this role are strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form and adaptability to changing requirements. If you see yourself as a team player who is willing to learn new technologies, we would like to meet you.
