As a Supply Planner for consumer electronics, you’ll...

Be part of our S&OP team making sure Telia has the right products, in the right place, at the right time. You will participate and prepare supply input for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales & operations planning meetings, leading into purchase order creation. Together with Demand Planner, you will be driving our forecasting tool usage and efficiency, updating key parameters and settings to optimize our demand-supply balance. You will be also tracking purchase orders and deliveries, and taking necessary actions. Additionally, responsibilities involve conducting weekly key supplier meetings and internal planning meetings. Including store replenishment, campaign planning and product lifecycle management.

Your main key performance indicators include stock turnover, stock value, DOS and availability.

Who we're looking for
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in an international corporation. Work experience in replenishment, purchasing, supply planning, and acting in supplier interface is needed to succeed in this role. You have a proven ability for business analytics and scenario planning. In addition you have experience with supply chain IT (planning tools, ERPs), fluency in English and Finnish languages, local (Finland) retail market knowledge. We prefer meeting face to face frequently, and we hope you can work at least 2-3 days per week from the Telia Tripla office. A university degree in a relevant field is also appreciated.
