We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams in Finland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in helping to implement sales & marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by assisting in the management of customer inquiries and facilitating communication to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports, and managing correspondence and CRM system.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email newsletters, and events.
• Create and manage engaging copy for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts, to effectively convey the brand message and drive customer action.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns that enhance brand awareness.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to contribute to team goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, as well as social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
