Our new Sales Manager is a dynamic hunter dedicated to driving new business growth. This role focuses on identifying potential customers aligned with the ideal customer profile and conducting research to uncover their needs and challenges. By building trust with decision-makers, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and confidently leading negotiations, the Senior Sales Manager ensures successful deal closures through our partner channel, delivering exceptional value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Prospects: Target potential customers based on the ideal customer profile to maximize success opportunities.
  • Conduct Research: Analyse prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Develop Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity flow.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust and credibility with decision-makers and key influencers in prospect organizations.
  • Negotiate Effectively: Lead negotiations to address objections, overcome challenges, and secure favourable outcomes
  • Close Deals: Finalize agreements that align with organizational goals and deliver value to customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent relationship-building skills to connect with decision-makers.
  • Proven value-selling skills: uncovering customer needs through insightful questions and active listening.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and IT channel dynamics, including partner business models.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders.
  • Native-level Finnish and Fluent English skills

  • Experience in sales within the cybersecurity space.

  • Solid understanding of cyber security technologies and the marketplace dynamics.
