Phase1, Corporate Responsibility Trainee
Phase1 is Orion's paid trainee program for university and university of applied sciences students. The program brings together a large group of trainees from different disciplines. Description of the position
We are looking for a university student with a passion for sustainability and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate setting. Your tasks will include various duties in the Corporate Responsibility function, such as preparing different materials, creating reports, assisting in sustainability projects, and coordinating and responding to stakeholder surveys. Depending on the selected individual's interests and skills, tasks can also be adjusted according to the unit's needs.
During the internship, you will get to develop as part of an expert team and work on interesting sustainability tasks daily. The internship is planned to start in May and last approximately 3-4 months.
Description of the unit
Corporate Responsibility function, which is part of Orion's Corporate Functions, is responsible for managing and coordinating corporate responsibility and developing it comprehensively in our operations across the value chain. You will contribute to continuously developing the way of doing business in sustainable manner.

Requirements
- A minimum of 180 credits from a relevant academic master's degree education (such as engineering, business or communication studies)
- Self-initiative, proactive and systematic approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Strong basic IT skills
- Resourcefulness and proactivity
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both oral and written
