Description of the position

As a key contributor to our contract development and manufacturing efforts, your primary responsibility will be to identify and establish connections with potential customers. Utilizing Fermion’s available tools and platforms, you will actively engage with prospects and strengthen our presence on e-platforms.

Your work will involve:

  • Researching and identifying customer contacts.
  • Initiating outreach primarily via email, as well as through other channels like LinkedIn, with the goal of securing meetings between potential customers and Fermion’s sales team.
  • Recording and managing customer information in Fermion’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to support data-driven e-marketing strategies and future outreach.

This role plays a critical part in expanding Fermion’s network and fostering valuable business relationships, ultimately contributing to the growth of our contract development and manufacturing business.

Fermion is dedicated to supporting innovator pharmaceutical companies by providing high-quality active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) supply services across both development and commercial stages.

Requirements

To succeed in this role we expect you to have:

  • University or university of applied scineces studies in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration, chemistry, or industrial engineering)
  • Strong data handling skills (Excel)
  • Good communication skills in Finnish and in English
