We are looking for a seasoned Head of Product, Cloud Protection for Salesforce ("CPSF") to own the CPSF product management. Would you want to be a central part of defining how we help our enterprise customers protect their users within the Salesforce ecosystem?
As a Head of Product, you will lead the Product team (Product Management, UX/UI, Product Marketing) and co-operate with Engineering, Sales, Technical pre-sales and Marketing teams to deliver a high-quality and comprehensive solution to our B2B direct customers and partners. A successful Head of Product is an experienced technical leader who also has experience in a customer-facing role. You get things done through a combination of strong problem-solving, deep understanding, ability to execute and leadership skills. Understanding of the threat landscape and security solutions, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a high-technology, dynamic environment are also important to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- You will fully own product management including product vision & strategy, technology, product messaging and the team. While working for the success of your area – the unbreakable is to ensure a sound product strategy, rapid growth & execution and technical excellence
- Lead the product management, UX and product marketing team(s). Provide clear direction, make decisions and resolve impediments
- Co-create product innovation together with our customers and Salesforce to deliver the best security solution for the Salesforce platform
- Lead the work in Salesforce security domain
- Work closely with sales, technical pre-sales and marketing to identify the value proposition, customer needs and commercial models.
- Serve as an evangelist for CPSF towards enterprise customers and in high profile industry events
- Member of the CPSF business unit management team
What are we looking for?
- Lots of experience in a relevant role (especially knowledge and experience of the Salesforce platform from both a technical and commercial perspective is highly relevant)
- Master’s degree in the relevant field or equivalent in work experience
- You need to be experienced in facing the customers and delivering high-stake presentations
- Cyber security and cloud platform knowledge
- Capabilities to grasp business and customer needs and translate them into clear plans and goals both on a tactical and strategic level
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities and extreme attention to detail
- Line management experience
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation skills
