You’ll collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ensure alignment, scalability, and quality in our solutions.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong delegation and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide line management, ensuring team engagement, career growth, and performance.</li> <li>Work with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Directors to align priorities and refine backlogs.</li> <li>Ability to quickly grasp business domains and understand customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Drive backlog management and roadmap planning, balancing technical improvements with business priorities.</li> <li>Translate epics into actionable tasks and create realistic delivery plans.</li> <li>Ensure maintainability, security, and operational excellence in your team’s solutions.</li> <li>Promote Agile practices and encourage continuous improvement.</li> <li>Coordinate with other teams to manage dependencies and resolve blockers, even remote teams.</li> <li>Keep stakeholders informed of any shifts in priorities or deliverables.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll bring to the table</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Leadership Skills:</strong> Proven experience managing engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving results.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Proactive and organized, with a passion for coaching teams to overcome challenges.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Strong communication skills to inspire and represent your team effectively.</li> <li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Ability to quickly grasp business domains and customer needs.</li> <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Ensure that both customer-facing and technical documentation are up-to-date.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Technical Excellence:</strong> Work with Technical Architects and tech principals to adopt best practices and explore new tools.
