We are looking for an On-Call Trainee with a main responsibility in Product Sales and Sales Support. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland but other locations are also negotiable. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work once a period of training and familiarization has been successfully completed. As an On-Call Trainee, you can work 0-25 hours/week. The position as an On-Call Trainee will be part-time until the end of April 2025.

  
Your role and responsibilities: 
 
As an On-Call trainee, your work will consist of generating quotations based on customer's or sales' requests:

  • Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings
  • Communicate with Sales/Technical experts and customers about technical specifications and/or delivery information
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customer-specific solutions and needs
  • Support in preparing sales presentation material
  • Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues to find satisfactory solutions

 
Requirements for the position: 
 

  • MSc or BSc student in Economics or Engineering, or qualified by equivalent experience

 
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have: 
 

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills who engages and collaborates with others to deliver results 
  • Work closely together with key internal stakeholders like Sales and Product Management
  • Self-motivated, driven and reliable to take responsibility for your actions
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
