Teaching Assistants For Spring 2025

Are you interested in working with fellow students and getting work experience in teaching? The Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation is looking for teaching assistants for the following courses during the spring semester 2025:

1) ELEC-C1230 Säätötekniikka (Control engineering)
 

2 teaching assistants will be hired for this course.

The tasks of the teaching assistants include:

  • Helping with creating teaching material

  • Giving exercise lectures

  • Correcting homework assignments and exams
     

The applicants are expected to have good understanding of control theory. Finnish language skills are appreciated, as the course will be taught in Finnish. LaTeX skills are considered an advantage.

2) ELEC-E8115 Micro- and Nano Robotics
 

1 or 2 teaching assistants will be hired for this course.

The tasks of the teaching assistant include:

  • Guiding the exercise sessions

  • Evaluating the exercises
     

The applicants are expected to have taken the same (or a similar) course and received a very good or excellent grade.
