You will be joining a growing team turning data into insights for the whole of RELEX, supporting our rapid growth across the globe. This is a temporary position for a parental leave substitution until 1st March 2026.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a BI Analyst, you will collaborate with our entire organization to ensure that core business initiatives are supported by high-quality data. Your contributions are integral to building capabilities to produce accurate and timely business decisions by supporting self-service data use. You will actively develop our ways of working, both within our central BI team as well as the collaboration with and between internal business stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborating with various business functions to discover data and reporting needs</li> <li>Creating and implementing solution designs to internal stakeholders’ business requirements</li> <li>Supporting community BI developers in the design, implementation maintenance and optimization of dashboards and reports</li> <li>Furthering the adoption of self-service and best practices around BI</li> <li>Actively participating in team development activities, e.g. internal ways of working and governance, staying up-to-date with latest BI technologies and trends</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Suitable education, e.g. master’s degree in Engineering or Business</li> <li>A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Proactivity and ability to work independently</li> <li>Excellent skills with PowerBI (or similar tools), data modeling and SQL</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Fluent communication skills in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we consider as an advantage:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring</li> <li>Experience in producing supporting materials for different stakeholders</li> <li>Experience with dbt and git, data warehousing</li> <li>Experience in one or more programming languages</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake)</li> <li>Certifications in relevant BI tools and methodologies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Helsinki office</strong></p> <p>RELEXians can be found around the world, but here we’re based in Helsinki.
