We are now looking for a Jr. Support Specialist for our Service Desk, so if you're passionate about providing exceptional customer support and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, read on!


In our Service Desk we provide services for our global customers. As a Support Specialist you will be working in a versatile, variable, and wide role making sure that our customers' every-day work runs smoothly. As part of your daily tasks you investigate, research, and solve different kinds of technical support cases related to Efecte products and cloud platform, co-ordinate incident investigation, guide customers and take care of customer communications.

 

In this role you will have the possibility to work with all our customers from different countries. Fluent written and spoken Finnish or Polish and English skills are needed in this role, German and/or Swedish skills are a plus.

Role requirements:

  • You enjoy customer facing role, are a good listener and have a brave and positive attitude
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and capability to prioritize your tasks when needed
  • You are a self-starter, highly motivated, have strong people skills and collaborate effectively both individually and in a team
  • You are a fast learner and willing to grow
  • You communicate fluently both in writing and verbally in either in Finnish or Polish and English
  • Problem solving is one of your core strengths
  • You have some experience in IT support tasks and administering systems e.g. through work, studies or hobbies

 

A big plus is if you in addition to the above have experience in customer service, have been working in a customer facing role or have experience in IT field.

This role can be located either in Espoo Finland or Lublin, Poland. Remote work is an essential part of our everyday life, but we appreciate highly the magic that happens when we all come together so we work regularly also at the office.
