We are looking for an On-Call Trainee to join the Manpower Agreements & Compliance team. The location of this position is Turku, Finland. This On-Call Trainee position is meant for a person who is currently studying at a University or University of Applied Sciences in Finland. As an On-Call Trainee, you can work 0-25 hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting in ensuring cross-border site assignments and their continuity in time and following the defined compliance and quality requirements and the needs of the projects
  • Coordinating temporary global cross-border site assignments and documentation including related compliance and taxation of defined host countries and projects
  • Coordinating country and project-specific company and personal documentation
  • Participating in preparing country and/or project-specific clarifications, processes, practices and their updates
  • Documenting and following up on cross-border site assignments in a defined manner
  • Handling personal data by GDPR and other applicable regulations

Requirements for this role:

  • About 40-60% completed studies for master's degree in law or economics
  • Interest and understanding of tax and labour regulations and related matters, special focus on Finland as a home country
  • Fluent written and verbal Finnish and English
  • Systematic, proactive and independent approach to work supported by own team
