We are now looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our delivery organization. In this role, you will lead our Efecte / Matrix42 delivery projects comprehensively – from start to finish, ensuring their success through your actions. You will work closely with clients and our teams. In your daily work, you will ensure that the right things are done the right way and as agreed – you will be responsible for project resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing. You will lead the projects with a dynamic and inspiring approach, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. 

You will thrive in this role if you: 

• Have 1-3 years of experience as a project manager and/or experience in IT project delivery 
• Possess excellent communication skills in Finnish, English and Swedish (speaking/writing) 
• Have a customer-oriented, bold, and flexible approach to your tasks, with initiative, team spirit, and responsibility 
• Have strong problem-solving skills and analytic thinking 

It’s a plus, if you Hold IPMA C/Prince or similar project management fundamentals certification and / or have experience in identity management or IT service management.
