We are looking for a Solution Manager, Digital Tax and Statutory Reporting to find innovative technical solutions to fulfill the growing demands of digital taxation and statutory reporting needs as well as e-invoicing. Are you talented in interpreting complex SW concepts to diverse stakeholders and teams?
With a focus on statutory reporting requirements and solutions, we offer a challenging and growth potential position in the IM Finance Solutions team of professionals. In this role, you will be part of the Global ERP Centre of Excellence community. You will be working closely together with business and other extended teams to enhance the value of the IT delivery and development of your solution domain.
A possible location for this position is Helsinki, Vaasa, or Turku, Finland. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.
As Solution Manager, Digital Tax and Statutory Reporting, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Being an integral part of the digital tax and statutory reporting service as well as driving the implementations from the IM side
- Supporting, consulting, and participating in minor developments and operational development projects within own responsibility area
- Collecting functional requirements and providing technical information to support decision making
- Making solution proposals / functional designs and prototypes/mock-ups where needed
- Managing the documentation and test cases related to the functional developments
- Driving the needed contract creation together with sourcing
- Being an active member of the IT community and enforcing the culture of transparency, communication and continuous improvement
- Maintaining good and active relationship with the stakeholders and enforcing strong cooperation and vivid discussion
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- B.Sc or M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- Understanding and experience of different technical solutions meeting the statutory reporting and compliance for various countries, e.g. SAP eDocument framework
- Functional configuration and implementation experience related to tax in SAP FI, SD and MM
- Very good communication, presentation, and cooperation skills in the global environment
- Proactive, development-minded, independent, and goal-focused attitude to work
- Good leadership, collaboration, and change management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL, project management, agile, and service design
- Fluent written and spoken English
- SAP S/4HANA experience is seen as an advantage
