We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to operate in a commercially oriented, client facing role for our Cloud Protection for Salesforce solution. You’ll be tasked with working alongside the team to help grow our existing client base in EMEA. As a key player in our EMEA region, you will be responsible for driving both new and renewal sales, as well identify and expand new opportunities from existing customers, contributing significantly to our revenue growth. The Field Sales Manager will be part of the Cloud Protection for Salesforce business unit will sell the solution through prospecting, networking and executing on account plans.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Manage and develop key accounts. Develop and implement sales strategies and key account plans to achieve revenue targets and service goals for key accounts. Establish and build strong relationships with key accounts to ensure profitable business.
  • Expand sales within current customers by finding new use-case within their organisations.
  • Coordinate the activities of all functions with whom the customer has direct contact to provide a consistent and cohesive service. Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information.
  • Pursue new customer acquisition through prospecting and networking.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a comparable B2B sales role including account management, basic project management skills to manage accounts through the sales process to delivery.
  • Project management skills to manage medium and large accounts through the sales process to delivery.
  • An appetite for learning and constantly evolving in line with the pace of evolution in the cyber security landscape.
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages are a bonus.

  • First-hand experience of the cyber security industry and an appreciation of the types of cyber security challenges and opportunities that are likely faced by enterprise organizations.
