We are looking for a Technical Service Manager with full language proficiency in French and English to enable the business success and growth of our channel partners.

You will be responsible for services toward named partner accounts. You will develop deep relationships with the partner organizations to enable satisfaction, loyalty and achievement of the business objectives together!

You will be supporting our focus partners in designing and operating security proposition and services towards their end-customers. You will also be proving the trainings to partner customer care units to support WithSecure products. You will help partners to be getting the best support from us by being the link between the partner and WithSecure support.

In this role, you will be operating in alignment with WithSecure sales strategy and ensure that we deliver the unique offering which combines products and services built on the top of them. You will be helping partners to develop their offering by sharing the latest developments in our product portfolio, roadmap and business models. You will also be supporting global company initiatives, campaigns and launches, and develops and drives partner specific activities and contribute to the region’s sales and planning process and global service enable strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Services Manager role concentrates on keeping our focus partners satisfied with WithSecure products and services through managing projects, fixing reliability issues, tracking service metrics, proactively communicating updates, and supporting fellow professionals who are responsible for delivering services to partners/clients:

  • Operate in alignment with WithSecure sales strategy
  • Ensure that we deliver the unique offering which combines products and services built on the top of them
  • Act as a liaison between the partner, product management, support and other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and Partner Development Managers
  • Develop and drive partner specific activities
  • Contribute to the region’s sales and planning process and global service enable strategic planning

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in the customer care, technical support, IT management, sales engineer or other relevant technical role in the software, ideally security industry
  • Understanding network & operating system technology (Windows & Linux), server / client infrastructure (incl. virtualization & terminal services), ideally with a security angle to your knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and account management experience
  • Constructive attitude towards challenges
  • Languages: fluent written and spoken French and English, other languages are a strong plus

Additional Information

  • Office/remote: 3 days at the office and 2 days remotely possible.
  • Location: Paris or Helsinki.
