We are now looking for self-driven Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join our Swedish team!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing IT Service Management solutions and a technical rather than process consultancy background. You will be responsible for delivering and configuring Efecte products based Service Management solutions for our Swedish customers.


To be successful in this role, we hope you to:

  • Have good understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL
  • Already have at least 2-3 years of experience in working with some IT Service Management software like Easit, Nilex, Wendia, Marval, Cherwell, BMC Footprints, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Consider yourself as a technical person who enjoys solving technical challenges. Scripting skills (e.g. Python), knowledge of installing software on Linux and SQL are definitely an advantage
  • Have strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Consider yourself as a team player with solution-orientated and pro-active approach
  • Be a native level Swedish speaker with ability to communicate fluently also in English
