Executive Assistant



We are now looking for a service-minded
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
for a permanent, full-time position.
Your role
As a executive assistant, you support a member of the management team in daily work as an enabler of well arranged everyday life. In your work you organise management's schedules, meetings, travels and events, and assist with document management. Your work includes supportive duties in management and preparation groups as well as internal communication tasks. Communication with various stakeholders both nationally and internationally also plays a key role in this position.
You are part of Aalto's shared secretarial services team and report to the team leader and a member of the management team in the matrix. You work closely with the university's management and network strongly both within common services and across unit boundaries. You are doing important work in enabling the building of a modern and inspiring community. We are active in domestic and international cooperation forums which makes this position a vantage point for developing university activities.
Expectations
We require assistant expertise based on modern office technology and an insight into the duties of an assistant in an international and multicultural operating environment. You are a team player with good communication skills and collaborate with a positive attitude. You are a solution-oriented multi-talent and capable of self-initiated and proactive work. You are not startled by rapidly changing situations. You have a suitable education for the position and fluent English language skills. Finnish and/or Swedish language skills are an advantage, and that you want to actively develop your language skills.
