What would you be doing?

We are looking for a proactive and positive person to join Elisa and grow into an expert in sustainability. In this role you will be involved in a vast variety of tasks revolving around sustainability and help building a sustainable future with digitalization.

Things and tasks that will keep you busy are:

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be instrumental in advancing our sustainability initiatives by conducting in-depth analyses, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our environmental performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Participating in the strategic and operational development of Elisa's corporate sustainability operations
• Supporting and helping businesses in their sustainability projects, bringing insight into decision-making through thorough ESG data analysis
• Digging into ESG data, making predictions and developing the our ESG data management system and processes
• Developing and doing mandatory sustainability reportingand other ESG data requests
• Supporting through ESG data analysis Elisa's sustainability stakeholder dialogue
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to inform decision-making.

Whoare we looking for?

First and foremost, this job is for you if your heart beats for development and learning. We are looking for someone who is familiar with the terms and concepts of sustainability through their studies and/or through work experience. And is now are eager to learn more. Because large portions of the job is related to data, we expect you to be analytical and curious to understand the root causes of the phenomena by data analysis. If some or most of the following resonate with you, we definitely want to get to know you better:

• You have graduated (master's degree in e.g. economics, computer science, social and human rights science, mathematics or similar) and you have gained few years' of work experience in the field of sustainability.
• You have experience on sustainability reporting.
• You are comfortable with making data-based decisions, since you have experience and you are familiar with data analysis of both financial and non-financial data.
• You master modern IT tools and you may also have mathematical or statistical tools up your sleeve to apply in your job.
• Experience in utilizing AI is a plus.
• You are fluent in at least English or both English and Finnish (other language skills are always beneficial).
• You enjoy working independently, analytically and rigorously to make this world a little bit better every day.
