We are currently looking for a Sales Director for the strategic sales team that is comprised of sales professionals focused on opportunity generation, contracting and closing with clients within the industries Banking, Industrial and/or Automotive across the Nordics. Accenture Operations sells and deliver Business Process Outsourcing across enterprise and industry specific functions. We will prefer candidates with experience within one of these industry groups: Banking, Automotive, Industrial.
Your base can be in any of the Nordic countries.
Job Description
In Operations our proven business process and industry expertise, enabled by our proprietary operations maturity framework, mean that our clients transformation begins immediately. In Operations we help our clients create 360 degrees value with the right technology, insights, data, people and partners.
Your primary role will be to drive growth in Operations by increasing the flow of prospective deals into the Sales Pipeline and leading the qualified opportunities through all deal maturity phases to contracting and successful wins. You will be selling to both new and existing clients and you will be working integrated across both Technology and Consulting in Accenture.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Identifying opportunities by positioning deep industry-based value propositions leveraging Accenture’s industry insight, assets, references, and campaigns
- Shape differentiated value propositions building on deep industry insight leveraging Accenture’s broad capability areas within Business Process Outsourcing services
- Developing relationships with buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking or other business or social gatherings
- Develop strategies and tactics for penetration of new accounts and cross-service selling to established accounts
- Initiate and qualify opportunities that are acceptable to Accenture and have a justified business value for the client
- Recommending which opportunities Accenture should pursue using criteria such as best solution for the client, highest probability of winning, and profit potential
- Set and lead pursuit teams from initial client meetings through all phases of the sales and deal cycle
- Participating in oral proposal activities, developing, and reviewing written proposals
- Maintain a keen sense of marketplace intelligence of trends and competition to provide market leading perspectives, emerging trends, tools, and techniques that can be effectively utilised to develop and promote business
- Articulate what Accenture brings: relevant assets and capabilities including Market Offerings; Vision; Process Framework; Key Messages; Credentials; Tools
- Track and communicate progress against sales goals and targets
