Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our company, who'll work in our Sales Office in Ivalo.

Salesperson responsibilities are:

• Replying to guests' and agents' email & phone enquiries
• Making reservations, amendments and cancellations of hotel, restaurant, transfer and activity bookings
• Carefully planning guests' itineraries and providing solutions for their requests
• Diligently communicating booking updates to the operations team

Receptionist requirements are:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
• Fluent spoken and written English & Finnish
• Good overall knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with hotel software
• Effective communication skills

It would be beneficial for a Salesperson to:

• Have knowledge of the local area
• Have experience with Mews, FareHarbor & Asana
• Have an understanding hotel operation metrics

Pay, duration and benefits

• Regular 112,5 working hours per month; Some overtime possible
• Starting between October and November and until the end of March.
• Hourly or monthly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement.
