About the role Northern Europe is the frontrunner in the development and implementation of green innovations and new business models. We are now expanding our Northern Europe HQ team in Siemens’ business Digital Industries. We are looking for a Business Developer to join us, preferably in Copenhagen, Denmark, but it is also possible to join us from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Great Britain, or The Netherlands. You will be part of our Factory Automation team. As a team we are supporting the regional colleagues in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and other assigned countries. In this HQ function you have a unique opportunity to work closely together with other HQ colleagues in e.g. Regional Management, Product Management, Marketing & Promotion, System Support, Global Vertical and Horizontal Management and in other central functions in Nuremberg and around the world. Your responsibility will be to: Drive business development related to equipment for Decarbonization, Renewable Energy, Hydrogen, P2X, Energy Storage, and other Emerging Green Energy markets like Carbon Capture, as part of an international team Support a regional sustainability implementation strategy aligned with the Siemens global strategy Identify and ensure Siemens position in the global Decarbonization and Green Innovation ecosystems Define and implement go-to-market strategies within the areas of responsibility Work together with key stakeholders to ensure support towards regions and customers with a global presence and supply chain We are looking for … a person who has at least one of the following qualifications:  Ability to build relations and curiosity that brings development  Interest in sustainable and green innovations Experience from sales or business development Experience from similar business areas or eco-systems Regional or HQ Siemens experience in relevant positions  Other relevant experience   Your new colleagues and work environment  On a daily basis you will be a part of our team of around 15 people globally, preferably working in Copenhagen or virtually from other locations.
