We are looking for a Lead Investigation Manager with a main responsibility for internal investigations. The preferred location for this position is in Helsinki, Finland, but other EU countries can also be considered. In this position, remote working is an option too. 
 

Your role and responsibilities:
 
As an Investigation Manager, your work will include leading and managing internal investigations and managing the company’s whistle-blowing channel. You’ll be working as a part of the group compliance function in a global role.
 
Requirements for the position:

• Investigation skills: experience with leading and managing internal investigations
• Project management skills, ideally in a multicultural environment
• Excellent command of English
• Good reporting skills

 
As an ideal candidate, you might also have:

• Experience of working in an international (business) environment
• Extensive network within law enforcement agencies seen as an advantage
• System experience with SAP and experience in cyber security
• Good communication, cooperation, and people management skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and persistence
• Used to working independently
• Willingness to travel
