In this role, you will work closely with highly talented and motivated engineers in a multi-national team. If you have real passion for developing clever and computationally efficient algorithms with rigorous mathematical models, and if you are eager to implement FW on a chip to see that everything works as expected under real-world conditions then it’s the right position for you. The role can be based in Tampere, Finland or in Thalwil, Switzerland.Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain GNSS signal processing algorithms and FW Features
- Design, implement and carry out tests for FW verification
- Write and present technical documentation
- Analyze non-conformities and develop bug fixes
Your Skills and Experience
- MSc in electrical engineering
- Detection/estimation and communications theories
- Terrestrial multi-path fading channels and the implication in receiver design
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++, MATLAB, Python etc.
- Fact based analytical thinking, quality focus and detail focus
- A good communicator, fluent in English speaking and writing
- Strong motivation and capability to learn new things
- Strong willingness and motivation to help each other
Bonus Point
- Ph.D. is a plus
- Experience of positioning receiver design
