At WithSecure Finance, we run highly centralized finance services supporting all Group operations. Our Financial
Accounting, Tax and Treasury team is a closely knit and diverse group of professionals located in Helsinki and
Malaysia. In our operational model, we aim for high efficiency, quality and continuous development. Utilizing
finance systems in the best possible way to reach our goals is at the core of our daily work

Key Responsibilities

  • Group accounting and consolidation according to IFRS standards
  • Participating in monthly, quarterly and year-end closings as well as audits for parent and subsidiaries
  • Controlling and ensuring the quality of the parent company’s and subsidiaries’ reporting
  • Actively participating in development activities and projects in accounting, group finance and consolidation via planning, implementing and executing
  • Working closely together with the other finance team members and other stakeholders
  • Responsibilities can be tailored based on your interests

What are we looking for?

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or audit in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with the application of IFRS and the relevant reporting rules and regulations in a public company setting.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and functions of the organization as well as with external stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in understanding finance systems and developing them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
