Head of vulnerability management role comprise of leading the vulnerability management team to improve detection of weaknesses in networks and software and then takes measures to correct and strengthen security within the system.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Experience with vulnerability management and mitigation

• Build and maintain good collaboration between IT and Security to achieve best results

• Focus on IT hygiene and vulnerability mitigation

• Develop strategies and road map to improve security posture and reduce vulnerability count in the environment

• Focus on end to end delivery of vulnerability management process

• Develops risk-based mitigation strategies for networks, operating systems, and applications

• Leads team and ensure team members can deliver

The Head of vulnerability Management role also require understanding of IT and Telco platforms and experience with one or more of vulnerability management platforms i.e. Tanium, Nexpose, Rapid7 and or Defender ATP.

Is this you?

You have following experiences and competences:  

• 5+ years working experience in one or more of the following areas: cyber security, security engineering, software development, infrastructure / site reliability engineering, security management 

• Understanding on cyber security operations and technologies

• Understanding of operating systems, networks, web applications and public cloud technologies, some hands-on experience preferred 

• Technical lead or leadership experience, personnel leadership experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with English and at least one of the Nordic/Baltic Language

In position you need to pass Security Clearance in Country you are hired to.
