We are looking for someone with:

• Love and passion for mobile F2P games – specifically for the puzzle and tycoon genres
• Ability to understand and communicate design clearly
• Knowledge about game experience and player psychology
• Desire to work with other designers, disciplines, and stakeholders
• Understanding on F2P monetization and market trends
• Data-driven attitude, understanding of game analytics
• Desire to listen to the players
• Analytical approach to invent and test solutions based on your analyses
• Expertise with tools used in designing game economies e.g. Excel.
• Knowledge about game development platforms and tools e.g. Unity.
• Good communication skills in English

Key responsibilities

• Design of game features and content
• Analyzing the game performance and adjusting accordingly
• Documentation and presenting of all above to different stakeholders
• Communicate with and inspire other disciplines
