Business Development Manager, financial and debt collecting services

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the business growth of our financing and debt collection services business by driving the commercial and sales development activities of selected services. The responsibilities include e.g.

• setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
• identifying potential customer segments and implementing suitable go-to-market actions accordingly.
• working with marketing and sales teams to grow the revenue.
• researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
• identifying new business opportunities.
• negotiating and developing new strategic partnerships within the business area in question.

In order to help our customers and our SW partners to succeed in their businesses, our Value-Added Services (VAS) and Partnerships team is responsible for developing business software ecosystem, value added services as well as expanding the overall offering for the SME sector. We are all about teamwork and thrive on creating success together.

With these strengths you are one step ahead

Proven sales track record; including experience in digital sales / digital marketing

• Experience in business management e.g. creating business plans and business cases as well as building and monitoring KPIs
• Experience and understanding of financing services business; including both invoice financing as well as debt collection
• Proven track record of successfully building productive business relationships and good quality partner/stakeholder management
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit combined with excellent communication skills and a team player way of working
• Fluent Finnish (both spoken and written) and English.
