We are looking for a talented technical expert to lead our software build and integration process. As the Integration Manager you are accountable for the integration and internal release process fluency of the Adaptive Solution system on continuous basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and improves the CI/CD process, and ensures the match with the overall development process.
• Support the production of a corresponding automation test concept and -design.
• Coordinate the continuous availability of test- and demo environments.
• Drives the planning of the internal integration activities, tools and environments, and involves the stakeholders from development, testing and DevOps.
• Ensures the transparency and tracking of the efforts.
• You learn fast and will allow the organization to learn faster as well.
• If needed, you can do a task first and show others how it can be done.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent academic degree
• Proven track record of DevOps planning, implementation and coordination in a complex environment.
• Excellent people-, organization-, and communication skills.
• Understanding of modern software CI/CD, deployment and operations concepts.
• Good grasp of test automation and system integration essentials.
• Participation in releasing complex systems.
• Lean approach to solving complex problems, pragmatism.
