Senior Web Analyst

to join our Digital Commerce team in Helsinki?

In this role you will be responsible for building overall online analytics capabilities i.e. developing analytics competences, processes and tools in our business units. You will work in close co-operation with business, development and marketing teams to deliver accurate customer and business insight. You will be working together with our talented internal and external analysts while working hands on yourself ensuring accurate and timely insights and reporting to be used in important business and product development decisions. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and develop your skillset as an active member of a diverse team.

Would this be you?

• proven web analytics experience from working with large web entities,
• Capability to understand business requirements and find relevant customer insights from diverse datasets
• Experience in supporting product development and growth hacking teams.
• Ability to inspire and coach development teams in embedding data and analytics in all activities
• Strong expertise and ability to coach others in Google Analytics, tag manager, data studio and A/B testing tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• fluency in English, Finnish is seen as a strong advantage and enabler in the position as we are creating services for all the Finns.
