HR Business Partner for Finland and Baltic Countries, Siemens Healthcare Oy

We are looking for HR Business Partner to join our journey at Siemens Healthineers in Finland and Baltics. Job location will be in Perkkaa, Espoo.

Your responsibilities

Your focus will be to support the growth and development of our organization from the HR perspective. You will be a part of the Finish and Baltic leadership team and a trusted HR partner to our business and you will be responsible for all strategic, tactical and operational HR initiatives. Some initiatives are local for the Finish and Baltic organization, other initiatives are coordinated on a Nordic and Baltic level whereas other initiatives are rollout of global policies, guidelines, processes and tools. 

You will be part of a strong Nordic and Baltic HR team (NRB HR) consisting of 3 other experienced HR Partners, who are keen on working together and supporting each other. Locally you will receive support on operational HR such as Payroll, IT and operational recruiting from skilled HR colleagues in the regional Siemens companies in Finland and Baltic countries. You will have two reporting lines. One to the Head of Siemens Healthineers in Finland and Baltic and one to the Head of NRB HR.

What do we expect from you?

There are several ways to qualify for the position.  You might have a strong background as HR Business Partner with broad knowledge of HR and experience from several expert areas. Or maybe you have worked within one expert area for several years and now feel ready to expand your HR pallet. No matter what background you have it is essential that you get motivated by working with many aspects of HR such as organizational change, leadership development, recruiting, personnel cases, process implementation, trivial reporting tasks etc.

You have a hands-on approach to HR, and you are a person with strong business acumen, have passion and the ability to proactively derive HR initiatives from business requirements, as well as being team player who enjoys working in intercultural teams.

Your skills:

  • Service minded and agile way of working
  • Can do – attitude and delivers results
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree 
  • HR generalist with broad knowledge of HR and preferable experience from several expert areas (administration, recruiting, compensation & benefit, etc.)
  • Minimum 6 year of relevant experience from an HR position, position as management consultant or similar. Preferable HRBP in an international company.
  • Willing to tackle administrative and operational tasks yet able to contribute to strategic and conceptual discussions and decisions
  • Experience of driving organizational and/or cultural change
  • Working knowledge and experience of Finnish labor law
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • General understanding of collective agreements, knowledge of Technology Industry Collective Agreement is a plus
