KONE IT is an organization of IT experts responsible for developing and managing IT solutions to support KONE operations globally.

We are now looking for a Solution Design Owner/Concept Owner, Customer Solutions Engineering to join our team in Espoo, Finland.

As an IT Solution Design Owner – Customer Solutions Engineering, you are responsible for functional solution design for KONE’s Engineering Workflow Application in addition to collecting requirements, validating and participating in roadmap planning for  IT solutions used by CSE Engineers globally.

You will work closely with other solution design owners and key stakeholders to capture and manage the business requirements and formulate these into functional specifications design.

We are looking for a professional with previous experience in promoting and implementing agile methods in organization, and the one who can work well in a matrix organization.

Main responsibilities:

-Understand and analyze business requirements for Engineering work from our Customer Solutions Engineering function

-Handle requirement management in a co-operation with other Solution Design Owners within KONE IT

-Work closely with business stakeholders, global process owners and enterprise architects to support creation of joint solution roadmap

-Run business requirement analysis process with business stakeholders and developers and help to prioritize business requirements for coming releases

-Accountable for accurate time for demand delivery; reviews, prioritizing the demand backlog, from idea to requirement, pre-design and functional specification phase

-Participate in global development and deployment projects to ensure that the built solution meets business requirements while maximally utilization of standard functionalities

-Personally create, and lead others to create and document functional solution designs

-Guide technical developers to ensure development is following agreed scope and understanding is common

-Build and facilitate Key User community (communication and collaboration with business stakeholders on status of requirements’ progress, development activities and release plans)

We expect you to have

-University degree

-Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders and developers distributed globally

-Excellent stakeholder communication skills in English

-Excellent Change Management skills

-Analysis and problem solving skills

-Demonstrated track record of clear achievements from previous position/s held

-BPM (Business Process Management) experience is considered as an asset
