Wärtsilä Shared Service Center (WSSC) supports the Wärtsilä companies in financial accounting or other operational tasks and acts as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance. WSSC is striving for harmonized one global Wärtsilä way of working worldwide with high quality, timely, effective and efficient processes. WSSC is sharing best practices and knowledge with focus on continuous development and operational excellence.


We are now looking Trainees working with an hour-based contract autumn and winter time with possibility to start soon as possible. An excellent possibility to even a student in the early phases of studies! Location for the positions is Vaasa, Finland.

Responsibilities
- Daily tasks include maintaining and monitoring of different master data in WSSC services scope (e.g. supplier, customer, installation, equipment, material, FICO, mergers and acquisitions) 
- Actively participating in establishing an energetic, flexible and development minded WSSC Master Data team
- Participating in new SAP company migrations, validating data and migrating new internal Wärtsilä customers within the process scope

Requirements
- Studying for M.Sc. in Business Economics or Industrial Management or Information Technology
- Systematic and organized way of working 
- Interest in process optimization
- Open-minded and agile personality
- Experience of similar tasks and shared services operations is an advantage
- Fluent English skills, other languages are considered an advantage
