Oracle Consulting is
building a new autonomous capability to focus on our volume business. A joint
collaboration with Oracle cloud sales, your mission will be\: Value, Velocity,
and Volume. Your team will execute by\:

Supporting
cloud sales in LANDing with Autonomous,
with pre-packaged ADW Use Cases and customer Success Stories
•
Showcase
first USE of Autonomous, create WOW
effect for Autonomous & seed ideas/commitment to Expand
•
Supporting
cloud sales in Positioning and Selling EXPAND
of Autonomous, involving and handing over to the larger, local OC practice to
implement larger scale Autonomous Solutions
The new Autonomous
Practice is key to Oracle's Volume business growth. Supported by a high quality
sales team and deep technical experts, the practice is ready to engage with our
customers – all household names you will have heard of!
Building a Business – Tell me more?
Working as a leader
of a local Autonomous Practice you will lead and develop a team of Oracle Consultants,
to grow a volume business for Oracle. You bill be managing IT delivery in a volume
business, cloud, reporting, autonomous, machine, learning, analytics, you will
be focused on customer success and results-oriented. You will have the gravitas
to engage with senior leaders and discus business challenges and your solutions
using Oracle’s Analytics and Autonomous technologies. Your team will have deep
technical expertise to support you.
Note there are
multiple roles open, based around EMEA, and responsible for the direct management
of consulting teams, each working in a number of countries.
What does an Autonomous delivery look like?
With sold
opportunities provided by our cloud sales org, your team will engage with the
customer to ‘un pack’ the business challenge (for example Analytics) identified
during the sales cycle. Your team may have already been engaged and built a relationship
with the customer during the sales cycle\: “the LAND”. You will manage resources and ensure they deliver a short
sharp ‘WOW’ experience for our customers in less than 10 days\: “the USE”. During this delivery your teams will
have built a strong enough relationships that the customer should want to
repeat the cycle with the “EXPAND” and
generate more business value and insight with your teams thought leadership, delivery
expertise and the underlying Oracle autonomous solutions.
What do I need to be successful?
Be
a leader, a ‘doer’, with a vision & desire to build a business, a sales
focus and delivery mentality.

Bring entrepreneurial & innovative flare, with the
tenacity to develop and prove ideas independently, then share these as examples
to improve both solutions delivered but more importantly the efficient of our
business.

Experience of rapidly deploying solutions into business
environments (reporting & analytics) will be of particular interest
·
Leadership in guiding teams to operating successfully in a
large global environment. Working effectively across internal external, culturally
diverse, lines of business to define and deliver customer success.
·
Alignment with ‘what gets measured get done’ to manage your
business, focusing on numbers of Land , Use and Expands delivered.
What we are looking for\:
Either\: Analytics back grounds
·
Experience in implementation of Analytic Solutions
·
Experience in designing and develop highly interactive
reports & dashboards
Or broader back grounds
·
Technical and line of business expertise
·
Experience of delivery of technical solitons into business
Both must be able to demonstrate
·
Planning team
activities including presales support aimed at achieving agreed objectives, recruitment,
solutions delivered, follow on sales executed.
·
Working cross business
by communicating, liaising, and negotiating using appropriate methods to develop
profitable business and relationships.
·
Business leadership
of your team to develop existing and new customers with Autonomous propositions.
A business
development mind set
·
Execute local and
support Central marketing activities for customer references, use cases. Align
your teams and cross line of business sales efforts with other organized
marketing activities,
·
Leading and
developing your team to deliver the winning presentations on completion of the
Land & Use phase, and follow-on selling into Expand.
·
Attend and present
at external customer meetings and internal meetings with cross line of business
necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
