Internal Communications Manager is responsible of global internal communications ensuring the company-wide messages are delivered throughout the company in transparent and timely manner. In this role, the internal communications manager takes care of the annual communications routines as well as business unit and project communications support. Internal communications manager maintains and develops the internal communications practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of annual internal communications routines
• Maintaining and developing the key tools for internal communications
• Developing internal communications practices
• Supporting units and functions where needed
• Supporting and leading internal projects

What are we looking for?

• Team player with ability to absorb new information quickly
• Can-do attitude – ability to proactively drive things forward
• Experience in creating and executing communications plans and running projects
• Hands-on experience in relevant communications tools and platforms (Confluence, Microsoft O365, Video editing tools etc.)
• Ability to come up with new ideas and initiatives
• Fluent English – written and spoken
